Luciano Serra began his career in management consulting at Andersen Consulting and at Bain&Company. In 2002 he joined the Telecom Italia Group, first as Business Development Director of Sogei, then General Manager of Sogei Servizi Innovativi e Tecnologici, and then Director of e-health Division. Since 2008 he is an entrepreneur in the field of renewable energy and business services as partner and manager of various start-ups. He’s the current President of Euroenergy, and Board member of other companies.
Founding partner of Key2People, he started his professional career in human resources management and development for a large distribution company in Italy. In 1994, he is responsible for the organizational function at the Catholic University of MIlan, Italy. In 1997, he became Recruiting Manager for Deloitte Consulting throughout all the transformation process. Since 2000, he has been dealing exclusively with Executive HR Search.
Partner in Accenture until 2010 as the person in charge of international and key clients, member of the Executive Committee as Human Capital & Diversity Lead for Italy, Turkey, Russia, Poland, Romania. Already member of the Italian Accenture Foundation Committee, in 2009 she has been selected among the 70 women in Italy “Ready for Board”.
Graduated in Economics, senior associate in Agrè International where he works in the field of Joint Ventures and cross-border M&A, business consulting for direct investments in Eastern Europe, India for SMEs and companies in the mechanical, fashion, agro-food, ceramics and logistics sectors. Previously in Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Auditor for large companies, he also worked as a controller in the Bosch Group in Italy. He speaks English and Portuguese.
Knight of Gran Cross (Order of Merit of the Italian Republic), Chairman of UBS SIM S.p.A. Italy and the University of Trento, Innocenzo Cipolletta has also been Chairman of the Italian Railway company (FS), the newspaper ‘Il Sole 24 Ore’, Marzotto S.p.A., and General Manager of Confindustria. He has been Senior Officer Executive at international Organisations such as the OECD and ISCO. He was Professor at La Sapienza University of Rome, at LUISS University, at Cesare Alfieri in Florence and at the University of Reggio Calabria. Advertiser, expert in economics, he has written several scientific articles and books. In July 2013, Prof. Cipolletta was appointed President of the Italian Investment Fund.
President of The Innovation Group (management consultancy and research specialized in technological innovation) and President of Vipera Plc (payment systems). He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Assolombarda and the Fiera Milano Foundation. He has been Country General Manager of IBM Italia from 2007 to 2009 and then President of IBM Italia until January 2010.
